We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and always there to assist whenever we needed anything. The rooms were spacious and clean, and we loved the separate shower room and the strong hot water supply. The onsen at this place was amazing and provided a relaxing way to unwind after a long day. We also appreciated the convenient services offered, such as the arranged ski equipment hire and car transfer. The complimentary bus service to the ski resorts was a great bonus as well. we had a pleasant and comfortable experience here.

This place exceeded all expectations with a spacious room equipped with everything we needed.

The rooms in this hotel are massive with seperate living areas and kitchen which was very convenient for us. The staff are super friendly and do the very best to help you in every way, the restaurants degustation was delicious dont get turned off by the price its definitely worth it. Massages are very good value in comparison to others in niseko and they do a great job. We will definitely be staying here next time !

The only problem was the location, its a short walk from moiwa ski resort but about 2+ kms from annupuri ski resort. The hotel does supply free shuttle but they dont run during the middle of the day. Only till 10am and start again at 3;30pm and they arent all that regular to hirafu town centre. You need to be very organised to fit in to their bus schedule ( with a 7mth old that is sometimes hard). I really wish they ran an all day regular shuttle service. Nevertheless we loved the place and made do!

Only down fall is it is a long way from the main village, and you could not buy lunch there.

By and large, it was fabulous base for sightseeing in Niseko, had much fun. The bar staff does a fabulous job. Really loved on-site restaurant Tura.

This hotel had everything we needed for a comfortable and convenient stay. The spacious rooms with well-equipped kitchens allowed us to prepare simple meals and enjoy beautiful views over the forests. The attention to detail and basic amenities provided ensured that our needs were met throughout our stay. Additionally, the breakfast with a Christmas chicken was a delightful and festive touch.

Brand new! Very clean, comfortable, big rooms (apartments are self contained - have full kitchen and washing machine), beautiful design. Breakfasts were delicious. Friendly staff. Onsen is clean, big, water is 42c.

Remote location (25 dollars on taxi to train station). There's a free bus to Annupuri, but it's infrequent. Restaurant has very limited choice for dinner (either 6 course degustation menu or a couple of other dishes), no other restaurants/shops around (taxi (min 2600 Yen) or hire a car to drive around)

Had a great time at this hotel over Christmas! the complimentary soup and big bowl of greens served at breakfast were delicious. the hotel was conveniently located near the ski resorts and shuttle buses were a plus. the staff was very accommodating and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. Best aspects: the location was great, and the shuttle buses were convenient for getting around. We also appreciated the daily soup and big bowl of greens served at breakfast.

The room curtains were too thin and let in early morning light, which made it difficult to sleep in. we were a bit disappointed that there wasn't a fitness room available to use.

Brand new hotel operates since Dec. 2012, offers free ride from hotel to the ski resort Annupuri and if inquired / insisted also to Hirafu Welcome center. It has a wonderful onson and friendly and helpful staff. We got a free upgrade of the room to a suite.

Location is remote - in fact not even in Niseko but in Annupuri - the public Niseko United bus takes about 1 hour and the closest stops to the hotel is still 1km away. The dinner option with one french set meue is insufficiant for various needs of the guests.

The hotel offers spacious rooms with kitchenettes and even washing machines, making it perfect for longer stays. The attention to detail and basic amenities provided in the rooms ensure a comfortable and convenient experience. Additionally, the value for money is excellent, especially considering the breakfast buffet which includes delicious options like Christmas chicken.

All was well during our stay.

the location was ideal, within close proximity to several ski slopes, including Moiwa, which we loved. the rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable, with great views. the staff was friendly and provided exceptional service, going out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. the breakfast was a highlight, with an extensive range of options. We also enjoyed the onsen and the facilities provided in the rooms.
